Part of the IPAQ R520 series, Inor Transmitter’s IPAQ R520XS temperature transmitter is intrinsically safe for use in Ex-Zone 1 and 2. The transmitter is compatible with the HART 6 protocol and is both isolated and universal.

Configured with a dual sensor input for RTD, resistance or thermocouple, the transmitter’s features like the sensor backup and sensor drift monitoring all work to heighten efficiency and simplify operation.

Not only is the IPAQ R520XS prominent for superior accuracy and stability, based on a hardware assessment according to IEC 61508-2, consisting of a FMEDA done by Exida, the R520XS is suitable for use in SIL 2 rated Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), making it an overall value from Inor Transmitter.
