Fluke Calibration is offering their 6109A 35°C – 250°C Portable Calibration Bath. The 6109A is designed to calibrate most temperature sensor applications used in clean process manufacturing such as, pharmaceutical bioreactors (-10 C to 100 °C), chemical reactors (200 °C), steam-in-place process (122 °C to 140 °C), autoclave sterilization (120 °C to 135 °C), food storage freezers (-25 °C), and food processing (0 °C to 220 °C).
Users can immerse as many as four sanitary sensors at one time with the vast 112 mm square tank opening and 154 mm depth. Temperature sensors of awkward shapes and varying lengths and diameters can all be calibrated, while still leaving space for a reference thermometer. The lightweight, ergonomic design and fixed, non-rotating bail handle allow for effortless portability, while the sealed lid guards against spills.
The 6109A boasts a superior ±0.1°C display accuracy and encompasses all sources of error like calibration uncertainty, stability, uniformity, and repeatability. The expansive color display presents date, time, bath fluid temperature, setpoint temperature, control indicator when the fluid is at setpoint, and heating status. More still, users can obtain a 360° visual indication of when bath fluid achieves the temperature setpoint with the color changing ready indicator.
