The Monarch DataChart DC-2000 Paperless Recorder is equipped with 2, 4, 6 or 12 direct universal isolated inputs that are menu selectable for DC voltage, DC current, thermocouples, RTD's and Dry Contacts. Operation is effortless with the intuitive 5.6” (142mm) active matrix TFT color touchscreen that also features an innovative anti-glare coating for optimum viewing.
The DC-2000 stores data in non-volatile internal RAM and allows for download to removable media automatically on a preset basis or on demand. Standard removable storage is CompactFlash® up to 2 GB. The recorder is perfect for fast changing process signals with its measurement rate of 8 samples per second for 1 channel. Even more, the DC-2000 has a wide variety of communication options: Data can be accessed and downloaded over standard RS232C option. The RS485 MODBUS option enables the DC2000 to be installed into an existing MODBUS network or you can connect up to thirty one recorders in series. The 10BaseT Ethernet port option allows direct connection to LAN’s or WAN’s and the standard TCP/IP protocol allows for data transfer over the internet.
