The Type 20EXHR Precision Pneumatic Air Relay is a compact, two-stage, pilot regulated 1:1 air relay with positive and negative bias adjustment capacities. It accepts a signal pressure and, when joined with bias adjustment, provides and maintains a resultant output pressure with an accuracy and reliability supreme to any other industry air pressure relays in its price range.
The Type 20EXHR offers extra fast “blowdown” for very rapid release of output pressure. The extra relief feature makes this relay ideal for cylinder return stroke actuation, air hoists, and similar applications requiring speedy exhaust. The resilient and stable construction further includes both positive and negative bias capability. Type 20 pneumatic relays are the perfet choice for control valves, gate actuators, disc and shoe brakes, remote positioning devices, air hoists ,valve rotors, tensioning systems and web tracking systems.
