When joined with a Shimpo Instruments force gauge, the FGS-100E-L 0.23-7.00 in/min Low Speed Vertical Motorized Force Test Stand creates a complete force measurement system.
The FGS-100E-L has a user friendly operation with its 7 button key-pad and emergency stop button which eradicates drawn-out training, common with similar test stands. A variety of single tests or repetitive tests can be executed and selected with a single button push as a result of the four operation modes: manual, jog, single cycle, continuous.
Users can effortlessly change the speed units shown on the LCD from mm/min to inches/min to meet test requirements or preference. For even more user versatility high and low stop limits can be manually adjusted to reduce adjusting time between tests. More still, when a Shimpo FGV Force Gauge is connected, the gauges’ programmable overload setting is communicated to the test stand, enabling the stand to stop at the overload set point and avoid potential damage to the gauge’s sensor.
