The Reed Instruments R1640-KIT3 includes the R1640 Data Logging Bluetooth Smart Series Thermocouple Thermometer, and 2 R2980 Type-K versatile air probes. The R2980 are specifically designed to monitor ambient air temperatures in various food service equipment including ovens, refrigeration units, and freezers.
REED Smart Series App
REED Smart Series instruments can be connected wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet. All measurement data is transmitted via Bluetooth to the free REED Smart Series app. The app allows users to analyze data, generate reports and send information by email directly from a mobile device.
