Crystal Engineering’s new line of CPF Fittings and Hoses are crafted for calibration and test applications.

Made with an importance on safety, Crystal Pressure Fittings (CPF) boasts a safety weep hole to warn users before they accidentally disconnect from a pressurized system. The fitting is constructed in 316 Stainless Steel and feature laser markings which list the fitting type, size, part number and Maximum Allowable Working Pressure to avoid mismatched connections. Even more, the fitting sustains a leak-free seal up to 10,000 PSIG with the industry-first patented o-ring connection.

PERFORMANCE
Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP):	10 000 psi / 700 bar / 70 MPa	Most fittings thoughout this document meet the MAWP specificaton of 10000 psi / 700 bar / 70 MPa. Exceptions are labeled with an icon ( 5 or 15 ) and a key to indicate the pressure rating. Non-Crystal MP adapters require wrench tightening.
Finger-tight:	-20 to 50°C
Wrench-tight:	-40 to 150°C
Minimum Hose Bend Radius:	1.0" (25mm)

Fittings:	High Strength 316 Stainless Steel	Hose is not compatible with dioctyl sebacate fluid.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Thread Lubricant:	Use a process compatible fluid
Wrench Torque:	100–140 in-lbs (11.3–15.8 Nm)	If a torque wrench isn’t practical to use, hand tighten then tighten an additional 20 degrees using a wrench.
