The desktop AT516 DC Resistance Meter from Applent Instruments has a 1μΩ~20MΩ measurement range and can perform full-automatic testing with an accuracy of 0.05% in real-time. It features a display showing 5 digits, 3000 reading, built-in 14 bins of comparator output, built-in temperature compensation interface to reduce the tolerance and 7ms maximum sampling rate.

The RS-232 interface makes for simple communication and analysis of results with PLC, PC or WINCE.
