AEMC is introducing their 8436 (2136.43) PowerPad III three-phase power quality analyzer. Technicians and engineers can measure and perform diagnostics and power quality work on 1, 2 or even 3 phase networks. The 8436 comes with 5 voltage and 4 current inputs and can record up to 2GB of trend data on a memory card. More still, further internal memory is utilized for the storage of alarms, snapshot data and transients. That surplus of memory allows users to store up to 50 screen snapshots, up to 210 captured transients that encompass 4 cycles for each active input and >16,000 alarm events from up to 40 different parameters! Inrush current can also be captured and stored. Users can record trend data for days to months!

The analyzer is user friendly and built with a durable shock resistant design, all while still compact. It is IEC 61000-4-30 Class B and safety rated to 600V CAT IV. When used with the flexible sensor Ampflex 196A it has an IP67 rating.

AEMC has loaded the 8436 with a variety of useful accessories. Each analyzer comes with an extra-large tool bag, five 10 ft black voltage leads with alligator clips, accessory pouch, 5 ft USB cable, NiMH battery, SD-Card, twelve color-coded input ID markers, 110V US power cord, quick start guide, and a USB stick containing DataView® software and user manual.
