Perfect for the calibration of pressure measuring instruments, Additel has introduced their new ADT 946A Hydraulic 15,000 PSIG High Pressure Calibration Pump.
The ADT 946A is constructed for benchtop use and is capable of generating pressure to 15,000 PSIG (1,000 bar). The calibration pump integrates a dual-piston system, idyllic for filling large volume workload with the hand pump, while the high pressure, fine adjust screw press allows for the smooth increase and decrease of pressure.
Hassles associated with the check valve, likes leaks and maintenance, are decreased with the ADT 946A’s isolation valve. The isolation valve isolates the calibration volume from the check valve associated with the hand pump, resulting in more stable measurements. Even more, the need for PTFE tape or wrenches is eradicated with the three hand-tight quick connectors installed directly on the pump for easy connection and disconnection to the test pump.
