Crafted for the most demanding conditions, Vaisala has introduced their DMT143L Miniature Dewpoint Transmitter. The DMT143L delivers dependable, stable measurements, making it ideal for industrial dryer applications.

The transmitter encompasses both the Vaisala DRYCAP thin film polymer sensor and auto-calibration software. The DRYCAL 180M sensor is suited for dry gasses and desiccant dryers, while more humid applications, like refrigeration dryers, benefit from the DRYCAP 180S sensor. Each sensor is protected against particulate pollution, water condensation, oil vapor and most chemicals. Able to withstand condensation, the sensor is perfect for low dew point applications where process water spikes, like pipeline condensation during a system failure or start-up, are present.

The DMT143L’s auto-calibration software operates on-line as the process is running. When measurement accuracies are not verified, corrections are made instantaneously. The  DMT143L quickly modifies the measurement, amends dry-end drifts and continues to function for utmost productivity.
