Vaisala has introduced their DMT143 Miniature Dewpoint Transmitter for OEM Applications. Using their DRYCAP technology, Vaisala’s DMT143 is able to be directly installed into pressurized systems at 50 bar (725 PSIA) maximum pressure. The sensor fully tolerates moisture, making it ideal for applications that experience process water spikes, like pipeline condensation during system failures or start-ups. More still, the DMT143 is resistant to particulate contamination, oil vapor and most chemicals, in addition to being insensitive to the flow rate.
