As part of their GPE-X323 series of high resolution power supplies, GW Instek has introduced their GPE-1326 Single Channel Linear DC Power Supply with an output power of 192 watts.
The GPE-1326 replaces the typical control method with an innovative, built-in digital panel control design. As a result, the power supply is able to offer more efficient functions, like the set view and key lock function. The key lock functionality safeguards DUTs by inhibiting other users from changing the voltage or current parameters. More still, the output key light works by making the operational status of the power supply clearer and easier to read.
The DC power supply also features a remote control (remote I/O) for output on/off function. With this function, damages resulting from the pre-output (when a DUT is connected with a power supply) are prevented. The voltage and current parameters must be preset and the correctness of connections confirmed. Then, the output on/off can be activated using the manual control on the front panel.
