Fluke Deadweight Testers

Fluke Deadweight Testers

Fluke deadweight testers incorporate over 50 years of design in pressure calibration standards. Fluke purchased the Pressurements line of deadweight testers several years ago. Since then that line of deadweight testers has been "converted" to the Fluke Calibration brand.

Fluke manufacturers both pneumatic (air) operated and hydraulic (liquid) operated dead weight testers.  Fluke offers the P3000 sereis which are available in vacuum and 2000 PSIG positive pnuematic pressure deadweight testers.  The P3100 features testers for higher pressures; up to 20,000 PSIG using hydraulic oil to generate these high pressures.  The P3200 hydraulic deadweight testers feature water as the pressure media and covers the range up to 10,000 PSIG.  The Fluke P3800 family of testers cover the range of up to 60,000 psig using a special hydraulic fluid.

Most of the Fluke deadweight testers boast a 0.015% of reading accuracy or better.  To increase their accuracy, we recommend the purchace of Fluke's Presscal software to help correct the testers readings.  The addition of using this software can increaase somce deadweight tester accuracy to 0,008% of reading.

Note:  When purchasing the deadweight tester it is important that the tester be manufactured to the specific location it will be used so that gravity correction is taken into account during the manufacturing process.  Our customer service representatives will contact you for assitance in obtaining your local gravity prior to ordering your new deadwight tester.
