The Cal Test CT4066 allows safe, accurate measurement between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground. The CT4066 offers both a 25 MHz bandwidth and a 15 MHz bandwidth. The 25 MHz bandwidth is for the 50x and 200x attenuation settings and the 15 MHz bandwidth is for the 20x attenuation setting.
