Fluke’s 125B Hand-Held Industrial ScopeMeter combines a color LCD oscilloscope, power analyzer, multimeter, industrial bus testter and high speed recorder into one innovative test tool. The 125B comes with Fluke IntellaSet technology and Connect-and-View trigger setup technology, but only the 125B offers industrial BusHealth physical layer testing.  The Fluke 125B has become an advanced addition to the next generation Fluke 120B series of ScopeMeters and is the most advanced model available in the Fluke 120B sereis scopemeter family.

The Fluke 125B also performs Industrial Bus Health Test to analyze the electrical signals on common indus­trial buses or networks.  The Bus test gives a clear “Good”, “Weak” or “Bad” indication mark for each of the relevant parameters, presented next to the actual bus measurement value. Measured values are compared to standard bus values based on the selected bus types (CANbus, Profibus, Foundation Field Bus, RS-232 and many others), or, unique reference values can be set if different toler­ances are required. The Fluke 125B can validate the quality of the electrical signals as soon as they are passed along the network, without looking at the data content. Additionally, the 125B checks the signal levels and speed, transition times and distortion, and compares these to the appropriate standards to help you find errors such as improper cable connections, bad contacts, incorrect grounding or improper signal terminations.
