The Crystal GaugeCalHP is a portable, self contained, hydraulic pressure generator for calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, sensors, and safety valves up to 15,000 PSIG with fluid.. Use without fluid to generate up to 400 inches H2O (995 mbar) to within 0.01 inches (0.025 mbar). Makes calibrating Differential Pressure Transmitters easy.

Dimensions
Two pressure ports are provided. Connect a reference grade gauge on one port (we recommend an XP2i Digital Pressure Gauge) and the gauge to be tested on the second port. Rotate the handle clockwise until the desired pressure is generated. Then, compare the displayed pressure values between the reference gauge and the gauge under test.
Pressure can be set very quickly and precisely. Gauges can be calibrated in less than two minutes with 5 to 10 test points, increasing and decreasing pressure. The comparator can be filled with oil, water, or even air, allowing for clean and safe calibration of most gauge types.
