Marsh Bellofram’s Type 65 Precision Air Regulator is a dependable, accurate unit created for instrumentation and general purpose use. The Type 65 is without a dripwell. Test data for the regulator present outstanding performance characteristics compared with those of similar units presently on the market. The Marsh Bellofram regulators are generally advanced in regulated pressure vs. flow, forward-to-reverse flow offset, supply pressure sensitivity, repeatability and stability. Its rugged design consists of die cast aluminum housing and is finished with vinyl paint (which resist scratching, weathering and other physical abuse), and is pressure and leak tested prior to shipment.
Thorough craftsmanship and quality materials throughout promise extended, trouble-free operation in the most challenging industrial environments. A rubberized, soft-seat valve stem provides positive shut-off and “forgives” dirt or other foreign matter. An aspirator maintains downstream pressure and compensates for droop when high flow occurs. The gauge port is ideal for gauge installation and can also be used as an additional full flow outlet. The Type 65 regulator has a 60-mesh 304 stainless steel screen to prevent foreign particles from entering the output stream and its tamper resistant regulators meet OSHA requirements for air supplied to hand-held air guns (if preset to 30 psig).
