Designed for easy operation and user safety, Megger’s MIT300-EN Insulation and Continuity Tester delivers test voltages of 250V and 500V. The MIT300-EN offers indication of insulation resistance up to 999MΩ and 200mA continuity testing. The tester has a quick-reacting continuity buzzer and assets for nulling the resistance of the test leads.
The MIT300-EN is crafted to provide the utmost in operator safety with aspects like the automatic circuit discharge after testing, visual and audible alerts when test probes are employed to a live circuit and a test inhibit feature that, by design, works under live circuit conditions. The tester is ideal for CAT III 600V applications as it conforms fully to IEC 61010-1 and is built with an impact-resistance rubber over-moulded casing.
