Extech has joined a HVAC True RMS MultiMeter with a non-contact voltage detector to produce their EX363 Compact 11 Function True RMS MultiMeter. The EX363 is proficient in producing precision True RMS measurements and LoZ for the avoidance of false readings stemming from ghost voltages.
