Details

The Ametek ASC-400 can measure and source RTDs, thermcouples, Current, Voltage, Frequency, and Resistance with Pulse train output. Combine it with APM CPF pressure module series or a dry block calibrator to document pressure and temperature tests.

Source and Measure

RTD: 16 different types, Thermocouple: 13 different types, Current 0-24 mA DC, Voltage 0-20 VDC, Frequency 0.05 to 10,000 Hz with Pulse train out-put, Resistance 5 to 4000 Ohms
Simultaneous read-back and fast RTD simulation

Includes isolated measurement loop from device-under-test of mA, V, and pressure. The RTD simulation feature works with pulsed transmitters and PLC´s circuits
Calibrate temperature and pressure

Add an Ametek APM pressure module and expand the ASC-400 to a full featured pressure calibrator, THis adds an automatic leak-test, pressure-switch calibration and more… Use the ASC-400 along with Ametek-JOFRA temperature dry blocks and add measurement channels for sensors or temperature switches
Measure temperature

ASC-400 can be used as high accuracy thermometer by addding a high accuracy PRT and progamming the ASC-400 with CvD coefficients to obtain true temperature, based on “true ohm” technology!









Optional BARO Barometric Pressure Module

The BARO option turns any gauge measuring APM into an absolute barometric pressure measuring device.
